Hi everyone. I have a strange problem with my CS 1.6 installation. The server browser used to work normally, but recently it stopped showing any servers at all. I can still launch the game and play offline, but when I open the server list, it stays completely empty. I've already restarted the game and checked my internet connection, but nothing has changed. I'm thinking that maybe my current version is outdated or has some broken files. Would installing a fresh version of CS 1.6 with a working server browser help fix this problem?

Some claim to have improved graphics, others include extra features or custom modifications, and it’s difficult to know which one is actually worth downloading. I’m mainly interested in a stable version of Counter Strike 1.6 that works well, connects to multiplayer servers without problems, and doesn’t include unnecessary changes.
