What are a few quests that don't raise summoning

I do not want  OSRS gold help with iron/steel dragons. I am an experienced vet. What type of arrows/bolts if I get, should I want to kill 200 blue dragons with 64 variety, a 130 (bow)-160 (crossbow) range bonus and Eagle eye (+5% range bonus)? I'm wondering if they're worth spending money on or not, considering the purchase price of them and the effect of those. I'm asking about the diamond/emerald bolts for if fighting metal dragons...

I want to understand what I should do in order to get this skill (Slay for Abyssal whip, dragon boots, Dragonfire shield, Bandos chestplate, berserker ring, barrows for Dharok legs and craft for fury.) Or buy themif I need to buy, then how can I raise cash? Well ive ben messin wit the ge for a while and notice that if u sell something to get the minimal price that sumtimes u get more than asked. It goes the exact same for people buying items for the max price u will get cash back and items.

If sumone has 2 accounts and they find sumthin that nobody sells or buys can they sell low and buy high together with the balances and keep doing this making a significant little bit of money? Ok Im doing the Waterfall Quest and now I'm stuck. . I ve followed all the instructions right on the Quest Guide here however at this part:"Now put any weapons and armor in the bank and visit the Tombstone of all Glarial just northeast of Hadley's home. Utilize the pebble with it to find a cave and search the chest to the west for Glarial's Amulet." Well, I've put all my armor and weapons at the bank. I am at Glarial's Tombstone. I've utilized the pebble with it but it says:"You place the pebble in the gravestone's little episode. It matches perfectly. But nothing happens" Why not? Ive attempted a Brazilian bazillion times, I'm stranded here at this tombstone and I want to move on with this particular quest. Can anyone please help me? I would love it because I am sick of the.
