			<description><![CDATA[<p>With social media being flooded by influencers showing off their &quot;perfect&quot; lives, it&#39;s hard not to compare yourself to them. Many people&mdash;especially teens and young adults&mdash;struggle with feelings of inadequacy because they can&#39;t live up to these polished, often filtered realities.</p>

<p>Do you think influencers are unintentionally (or even intentionally) harming people&rsquo;s mental health by setting unrealistic beauty standards, lifestyle goals, or career expectations? Is this contributing to anxiety, depression, or low self-worth among followers?</p>
